Q: Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

There is no minimum order for embroidery. We will customize any job no matter how big or small. Costing is affected by quantity.

Q:. Do I have to buy a product from Highway Embroidery to have it embroidered on?

No. You can supply your own items and we will assist with your embroidery requirements. If you would prefer us to supply the items, we can also help with this – ask us for more info on what we have available.

Q:. Can we use our logo?

Yes. We can digitize your logo for a one time art set up fee charge.

Q:. How much is the art set up fee charge?

We normally charge a standard digitising and setup fee of R75 for each logo per order (depending on order quantity) if the logo is provided as a high quality jpg. If we have to tidy up poor quality artwork, there may be an additional fee, but we will advise you of this up front.

Q:. What is digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of taking an image on the computer and changing it into an embroidery format that the embroidery machine can read. It is a process that needs to be done carfully so that the stitches are laid in the proper directions for optimal results.

Q:. What is your turn around time?

We strive to have your order to you within 7-10 working days. Shorter turn around time may be possible depending on current work loads. If there is a shortage of stock of items, this may lead to additional delays which will be communicated to you. Please let us know if you require your work to be done quickly and we will do our best to oblige. It is sometimes possible to do work within a few hours…same day or overnight.

Q. What does embroidery cost?

Costs are based on design size, location, stitch count and quantities. Please enquire for more accurate costs.
